I just purchased a vehicle through this office and need to share what a positive experience it was. I have always purchased used vehicles and for me; dealing with the car sales industry was like going to the dentist for others. Not a slight to the industry or the wonderful people; I just don't like purchasing cars :). I decided to try O'Regan's and ended up with a tremendous experience. Valerie Steeves was my sales person and made the process of purchasing a vehicle seamless, easy and quite frankly enjoyable. Valerie is most professional, has a great knowledge of the market and value points, and is totally client focused. In an age where most sales careers are tasked heavily with up selling and product creep, it twas refreshing to have a professional who was focused on meeting my price point and finding the best value in that range. Valerie addressed many questions on a number of vehicles that I showed interest in with an unbiased clarity. Her interest in maximizing the client experience was most obvious and a complete end to end service. She not only found a great vehicle, but did facilitated the financing part with her excellent colleagues; all the while making me feel each step was about me. I found the entire O'Regan's team to have the same client focus and it is understandable why they are so successful and such a tremendous organization. Having a team with professionals like Valerie can only result is success. I am now pointing all my friends and colleagues to Valerie and O'Regan's whenever the topic of vehicle purchases come up.
