Efficient and friendly
Once I had my appointments booked for my car, the whole process of bringing in my car, using the shuttle service, picking up my car, and the repairs done was very satisfactory.
The only complaint I have is from when I initially tried contacting someone in the service department. The first time I called, I was passed onto a service representative but I got their voicemail. I left all my information, but a week went by and I was not contacted. I called again a week later and got another voicemail, so I hung up and called again until I got to speak directly with a representative.
I have experienced this problem with SMP before. Every time I leave a voicemail, I never get a response. This is very frustrating because it usually requires me to phone multiple times before I am able to book an appointment.
