The Process was not Good

The first part of the sales was ok, then the wheels fell off. I set a delivery time with the business manager of 4:30 when i got there he had gone home for the day there was no hand off to another business manager until one of the other people asked to help me out. After this I then waited in the showroom until 5:45 for Lisa I am guessing she was not told i was coming to get my car at 4:30 at this point I told the other business manger to get me my keys so i could leave as i was now late for my meeting. Lisa put the plate on my car said thanks and went back in to her customer she did not take the time to walk though the car with me. I had to phone back later that night to follow up on missing items, the tow straps and floor mats. Plus the options i was shown on the demo model where missing from the car i got. I only wanted to delete the leather and I am now missing other options i wanted. No one has followed up with me since i picked up the car, I guess once it is over the curb job done.
