Waited too long.
It was my first time bringing my car in and I was getting winter tires put on. I had an appointment at 9am and was told they would call me when they were done. I did not receive a call and it was 4pm so I called and they told me that it would be ready for 5pm. They never told me a time they just said they would call. They told me that I signed the paper stating I agreed to a 5pm pick up. I thought what I was signing was what was being done as that's all that was told to me. I didn't think it would take 8 hours to put tires on. In the future I will always make sure I get a time confirmed. The sales manager did apologize but I wish I was given an estimate for the pick up time and if it took longer than expected a phone call to delay the pick up. I felt out of the loop after the fact and never thought it would be that long as my mother has been going there for years and never waited that long for service.
