loaner Car needed and faster service appointments are a must.
My vehicle had a check engine light on, is new and wasn’t driving well/safely. I called immediately for a service appointment, was told the soonest appointment was 2 weeks away but my vehicle would still be ok to drive. I drove for 3 more days, the vehicle was unsafe and wouldn’t accelerate. I showed up Monday morning first thing needing help. I was informed they could see my car right away. I couldn’t get a loaner car, a rental wasn’t provided. My lovely sales guy at a different dealership heard of my troubles and personally gave me one of his demos to use as Hyundai couldn’t help me.
My only positive comment is that the staff st the dealership were very pleasant to work with.
