Are you kidding me?

I had my vehicle in for Warrenty work just over 2 weeks ago, when the same problem happened about 50kms from the dealership (I live out of town). Family called and "a female" told us that "maybe it's because there's parts here for it that haven't been put in" after I had been told that it would not be a problem in the winter months. Turns out it is a different issue, in which those parts were replaced HOWEVER I was notified that during this warranty work there is a "clamp" that one of the technicians found that was inadequate ... but I would need to pick up my Vehicle and then bring it back to have the clip replaced in 2 days?!!!!! I LIVE OUT OF TOWN and go to school on the opposite side of the city. I was told "we won't pay for the courtesy car anymore so you must come get yours" This is HUGELY out of the way and I am completely not impressed at the "oh look here's a girl that doesn't know what she is talking about" attitude I experienced this time.. I am aware that the clamp replacements should be on the same work order as all other warrenty work. I will be in contact with Kelly Scott regarding the remaining work to be done on my 2016 Trax.... I also will not be returning here for service work OR sales (even though family friends are salesman) if this is going to continue. NOT IMPRESSED
