Terrible Customer Service
I've been a loyal customer since this dealership opened and have purchased 2 vehicles and service my family's 4 Hondas regularly. On many occasions, the service has not been done by the agreed time causing me to have to have the shuttle return me to work or make other arrangements. I always drop the car at 0700 when they open after making and appointment and they usually have the day to complete it. Sometimes I need the car by 2, sometimes by 4. Should be plenty of time for a routine service. More often than not, the car is not ready and it is me calling to enquire, not the service department calling me to let me know that it won't be ready. The last time (and it will truly be the last) I had my car in for a 'B1' service which should have included a tire rotation. The shuttle picked me up at the allotted time and drove me to the dealership. Upon arrival, the car was not ready and the service advisor (Jon) started to scramble because he didn't know how much longer it would be. The shuttle driver overhead this and offered to return me to work and pick me up again in an hour. I returned and picked up my vehicle with no apology for the inconvenience. They hadn't rotated the tires as requested and I'm left to wonder what they actually did for the $235 they charged. A lot of excuses are offered but no real solutions, often blaming me for the miscommunication. As convenient as this dealership is to my work, it is overshadowed by the incompetence. I will take my business to another dealership
