Poor follow-up service from Mississauga

Bought my 4 pieces of appliances mid year of 2017 ($10,000 worth) Called 3 weeks ahead (in mid-Nov) to schedule my delivery (early Dec) as requested. Was informed that there is a 'whirlpool' side delay on the fridge and that the fridge should be coming early January. However, they will deliver the other 3-pieces first after i paid the remaining balance on all 4-pieces and 'waive' the delivery fee on the fridge when it comes... thanks? Service was acceptable until i paid the balance on all the appliances. Early Jan, still no reply from TA appliances. I called couple times to TA appliances and they said whirlpool expects fridge to be here early Feb. Asked to talk to my sales rep to see what he can do and promised a call-back but two weeks later, still haven't been able to talk to my Sales rep. Still waiting for fridge...In my opinion, just shop for price...
