worse customer service, treat you like a one time customer dont come back if you have problems
They are not in for the customer , left my car in worse shape then when i first brought it in with my rodent damage ICBC claim. They were rude and unkind, never offered a shuttle service after i couldnt afford a rental car , was left on my own to wait, my neighbor was coming to pick me up after waiting 2 hours of having no one offer me the shuttle service.
very sad, i told them about 5 times i had to get home to my daughter who needs to go to the clinic with an ear ache, i found out they had shuttle service after i mentioned to the front desk i was waiting for my kind neighbor to pick me up .. then she said we have shuttle service ... i was steaming mad ... no courtesy i got blamed for not asking them for the shuttle service , did not own for their fuck ups , they got paid $3000 from ICBC and left my car in worse damage, my trusted family mechanic reffered me to them because he is not ICBC related shop so that s the only reason i went there trusting they would take care of my HONDA car... nope they dont care do not go there
