Laurie,
Obviously, we have no control over what work another dealership does and charges you for. We weren't able to look at your vehicle as quickly as you wanted, so you took it elsewhere. That didn't work out very well but when you brought it back to us we fixed the fuse free of charge. What else could we have done to make your experience a better one?
