Byron,
I confirmed with both our Sales and Service team that there is a form which you would have signed at the time of purchase which indicates the time limits involved in the free oil changes.
That being said, it seems like that paper wasn't explained clearly enough to you.
I'm sending you an email directly with an offer that will hopefully re-earn your faith in our Service Department and allow you continue being a valued customer for us!

I'm sorry you weren't informed of the time limit on the free oil changes, that's a huge misstep on our part. If you could email me directly at jmichell@wheatonchev.com I'd like to get some more info from you so that a) this doesn't happen again to somebody else and b) see if we can't make this up to you a bit!
