POOR SERVICE ALL AROUND
Recently bought a brand new honda civic. First problem i had was with a car starter, they did'nt show me how it worked, I couldnt get it started (brand new started) had to get a honda expert to help with my remote stater and he mentioned that the starter did not work at all. When installing the car starter, the techs. had ruined the dashboard with a paint/glue like substance. I was very disappointed with how the service was delivered, i requested them to remove it and return the money i paid. Again, they had never shown me how to work it. I am now returning for rim& tire damage. Of which I purchased the insurance for. I brought in my vehicle today, Friday the 9th. I had made an appointment for 2pm. The customer service agent in the "service" department, Nikeketa had informed me there was absolutely no way they could start the claim to get the tire and rim replaced. today. She told me over and over, that there was no way the insurance would start it today so she wasnt going to even attempt to call them. She told us this repeatedly for a good 10 mins before we persisted that she just attempt to call. She had to be asked by another service member to give the insurance place a call after we had repeatedly asked her to call them. This is very poor service for someone whom specializes in tire and rim damage insurance claims. I would not recommend any service from this honda. There was only 1 lady, whom assisted us in getting the specialist to actually do her job. I only give one star to the lady whom was actually helpful in this insurance situation.
