Too much phone tag
My appointment was for a recap issue and a manitoba safety. At drop off I said communication would be difficult as I can’t take calls during work. First round of phone tag was to call back ASAP to get some info, I called, went to voice mail, back to reception, waited on hold, talked to someone who had to verify my address, etc to make sure the safety could be completed properly. I made this appointment weeks before, why wasn’t that done then? I got a call 2-3 hours later to call dealership again. Again, couldn’t talk directly to person who phoned me, back to reception, went on hold. Talked to advisor who told me safety was complete, no problems, tech wanted to advise me to do a brake service to have brakes last longer. Ok, fine, dealership was too busy today to do that today so if I wanted it done it couldn’t be done until a later date. Again, a call that was totally unnecessary. Upon pickup my car was parked outside in the cold without a window rolled down to release moisture. Had to run car5-10 min to clear inside of my windshield.
On the plus side, the car was completed on time, shuttle was on time to pick me up, and everyone I talked to was pleasant
