Upsell and overcharge
Up until now my experience has been good, but my last visit was very frustrating. I was asked to do more and spend more multiple times. It is crazy to me that I had to pay almost $80 to have a battery tested and then when it’s found faulty and I buy one from you that this is not credited. I was upsold into additional and unnecessary rear wheel tire alignment following warranty work, and also upsold on a standard service job. Efforts and pressure were then applied to upgrade to another more expensive service job, even though the vehicle has less than 50,000 km. The whole experience made me want to go back to my old mechanic, where prices are reasonable and practical.
