Not acceptable
I honked and waited in my car for someone to let me in. Had to get out of my car and search for someone to let me in. Nobody talked to me. I wasn't told my car was finished. Waited for 20 minutes to get my receipt as everyone who was working on my car started on a new one and didn't care to finish helping me. IT WAS NOT BUSY AT ALL.
