Staff were great but a number of details fell through the cracks

Staff were great and pleasant to deal with. For the amount of money spent on this car I would have expected gas/fluids to be toped up when I picked it up (it was not). I was also provided the wrong cord for phone and had to come back to get the right one. I was told I would be able to select withdrawal date for payments withdrawal prior to pick up (they would call to discuss), which didn't happen so I had to call back in after authorized payments were in place to change the dates. I just had a higher expectation of service from a Audi dealership and unfortunately didn't receive it.
