Winter package servicing

When we arrived we went to the service bay, which was difficult to navigate. We proceeded to the service desk and were told we needed to go to the body shop. We went to the body shop and found it was closed on Saturdays. We went to the customer service desk and were told again the body shop is closed on Saturdays. At that time our sales person Marlon arrived and said he would take our car (not sure where as the body shop was closed). We were given the keys to a courtesy vehicle (Pacifica). We found it covered with snow. Filthy on the inside and out. And with nearly no gas. There was no snow brush inside the vehicle so we had to go into the dealership to request one. I would certainly say the experience was disappointing.
