I was very pleased by the customer service experience at Bank Street Kia. Moudie was the salesman that I consulted with while making my choice to purchase my new to me vehicle. He was always enthusiastic, informative and professional during my appointments. When deciding on my vehicle I asked for them to cover the costs associated with some touch up work ( as I bought a used vehicle ) and they happily completed the work on their dime.They did an awesome job and I was happy with the end result. Thank you Serivr Department. Sunny also was also great to work with. He is the finance part of the team and he was able to answer any and all questions that I had. I cannot speak to the actual repair service as I have not used this service as of yet but I feel confident that I will be pleased with this department as well.
