Felt very very pressured to give a high rating.!

We felt that the pressure was on to give a high rating more so than actually doing the right thing to get the 5 stars. We were asked repeatedly if we were happy and what we thought... how many stars.... did we meet your needs.... non stop. It’s the highest priority not ACTUALLY making sure we are a truly satisfied customer.
