Comon sense, no presure approach, loved it.
We were presently pleased to find there are still some great client focused salesmen out there. Juan was courteous, respective, and never pressured us to make a quick decision on such a large purchase. He was the only only one who explained the vehicle choice based on our needs in a way that we understood.
