Hi Gary. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We do appreciate it very much. It's with feedback such as yours that we can improve the quality of our service. We completely understand your frustrations with the miscommunication and having to wait longer than expected for a shuttle. We would certainly feel the same way if it were us. While we do try to be as timely as possible, sometimes unforeseen circumstances do arise.
