Went in for a Type B service for our 2010 Honda CRV got a phone call to identify urgent items to be done over $2,000 of work.
Postponed non-urgent work to stagger over months.
Don't think tires were rotated in this service, as we recently bought a new tire to replace pot hole fractured tire in February 2018, this tire was still in same position as installed in February, rear passenger side--this was not reported to technician after service discussion.
Also nest found in cabin filter and paid to have it replaced and removed. On the drive home, the heater was making a loud thumping noise. Inspected ourselves using Youtube to access behind glove box, and it was easy to resolve we found big clumps of chewed filter that had fallen onto the fan, disappointed we paid for this work that was incomplete and caused grief for fear of another different condition of a broken fan. Sent pictures to Technician to see the condition before and after.
We have always had good service with Honda when our vehicles have been new, this vehicle is 8 years old, no accident, same owners .
