My bother making an appointment

The fact of the matter is I had a 9:00 am appointment for a recall & service B & did not receive my car until 4:00. When I was in at 2:00 pm to pick it up. ( after all 5 hours should of been sufficient to do the work it was there for ). To find out that my car had not even been in the shop yet. So what is the point of having an appointment. Whether you are waiting in dealership for your vehicle or not. There is a big problem with the way that appointment s are scheduled. Also when I booked the appointment I was told that the recall would be done as well as service B. & a complimentary wheel alignment would be done. So with that being said when I finally got my car back the service advisor said. “ we did a wheel alignment “ free of charge for all the misunderstandings that took place with my appointment. Well no you didn’t cause that was part of the original appointment. Needless to say. Not a happy Honda customer here. Although your oil change is a decent price. It’s not worth the hassle that comes with it.
