Disappointing

Tyler placed blame on discrepancies in prices on us and his coworker when in reality there was a miscommunication between him and his coworker. He told us that he was "eating" the "discount" he gave us rather than being professional and adjusting the price to the one we had agreed on through email and had to provide proof of, making us feel bad. Also, asking us to promise to give a 5/5 survey so he can get a bonus to put towards his child's education made us feel very uncomfortable. It felt very unauthentic and pushy. We spent a great deal of money on this car and Tyler did not know anything about the car we purchased and spent a total of maybe an hour with us. We drove 3 hours to pick up the car and were very disappointed with the sales experience we had when we arrived. Will not purchase or recommend purchasing from Tyler or this dealership again.
