Needed help clearing huge amount of ice from under 2017 Trax from the long trip back in bad weather from Arizona on the last day through Montana & Saskatchewan. The vehicle was kept overnight in the service department to thaw out & checked for any potential damage. Service Advisor, Rebecca Friesen estimated charge would be at least $300 when I brought it in! You can imagine how surprised I was when she called me & told me there was no charge! Way to go SMP! I am impressed with all of you in the Service Department. Phillip Li in Sales is my go to guy if & when I have an issue. He sold me the Trax in August 2017 & graciously pointed me in the right direction for this ice problem. I love my new Trax. It serves me very well for my winters in Arizona. Also want to express appreciation for the Shuttle drivers who are ever so friendly & supportive. Keep up the good work all of you at SMP!!!
