Being new to Vernon, this was my first visit to Vernon Chrysler, Dodge with my 2014 Dodge Journey. I had been quoted on a battery replacement and also added in an oil change. Not too often that your bill comes in below quoted price but this one did - Thank you. We all know that the service writers/advisors try to upsell everyone on required service. That is part of their job. The service writer advised me in a gentle manner of a few services that should be done in the near future - not pushy at all. I was totally impressed with my first visit to this dealership. I will be back.
