The Discount in Name stands for Service

Reservation and confirmation of car was very good, but when it came time to actually get the vehicle, it was painful. I have a back and foot complications and asked for a pickup - I understand that you need to give the pick-up location an hour head's up call, but it took me 3 hours, after multiple calls and the worker said that he could not leave his desk. I also did not get the car that I expected. I also tried your company for the Easter weekend, and it was the same issue for pick-up. I needed to take an Uber. Also deposit is still on my card after 2 weeks... this took 5 days for the first time, but 2 weeks is unacceptable. Won't deal with your company again.
