Wheel alignment & tie rod replacement

When I picked up my vehicle, something didn’t feel right. Steering wheel was misaligned so I phoned and have it scheduled to be fixed. Graham was kind enough to find a time. It was fixed but my point is that Honda has to do things right the first time to avoid waste of time for customers and your mechanics. I lost at least 3 hours ofwork because I have to take my vehicle back to Honda. Just wondering if The work of mechanics are being checked and reviewed by a supervisor? Other than that, it was a good thing that Graham was able to help me rescheduled it. He did his very best to accommodate. Thank you.
