Nothing wrong with the service just the billing.
paying 14.50 for thw te h to push a button to tell me my liftgate opening is nor.al even when it is hesitating is absurd. Then bei g told i was only charhed 1/2 the normal rate as the tech needed to be paid for his time??? to push a button and observe the liftgate for all of 30 seconds? are your employees not already paid? @ 14.50 per minute is a little crazy and unacceptable. i paid for my service as i normally do, my 5th Honda has now left me with a sour taste. All over 14.50.... and my door continies to hesitate when opening. on warranty no less. I have a gm witb power liftgate and it does not hesitate at all. i suppose, when I'm no longer under warranty someone will try to tell me it is no longer normal.....
