Our sales rep Fayez was attentive but not aggressive. He listened carefully and addressed all our requirements. He made a positive sell stressing the feature and value proposition for the Kia but NOT trashing the competition which we appreciated. We felt we were well served and would recommend him to friends and family. He had previously sold a Kia to our daughter and she was very satisfied.
