Very dissatisfied with lack of service during car pick up.
Left my car for warranty work on a thermometer, get my winter tires swapped and get a tire alignment. When I picked up my car there was a very auditable rattle coming from my passenger side front engine/tire. No one was around to take a look so I had to leave my car over night again to have this looked at. Don't know how it's possible to not have a single person able to look at a car in a car dealership. Wasted 3 hours getting to and from the dealership to leave empty handed. Very dissatisfied seeing as I bought my car at this dealership and this was my first service request made.
On the plus side the car detailing I got was very good and I left impressed before I had to take back the vehicle for the issue.
