Recent oil change
Total disorganization, took me upwards of 35 minutes standing in line to pay after oil change. Paperwork not filled out properly, took 3-4 phone calls to oil change staff to get problem fixed. Also was told I had an antifreeze leak. I had it checked out and it was actually power steering leak. In qualified staff working in oil change area. And poor customer service skills overall. The oil change was done quicker than the invoicing. I will not be returning to Murray Chev for any work in the future.
