Very disappointed in the delay of what should have been a quick, simple appointment.
I had an appointment on April 25 at 10:30 to have my winter tires removed and replaced with summer tires (which are rims and stored at Moncton Honda). After sitting for 10 minutes, I was told there would be a 2 hr. delay - totally unacceptable and that the courtesy driver would be arriving in approximately 20 min. (it was actually 30 minutes. After over 3 hours, I called to see if my car was ready, because I hadn't heard anything. I had my friend drive me to pick up my car. Were the appointments overbooked? If so, I should have been called before I left my house. I'm not impressed.
