Body shop blunders
Brought my 2010 Journey in for LOF, braked, and detailing. It was to then go to the body shop to repair tear damage from an insured incident in November. They did marvellously, aside from the impatient call to pick up the vehicle. Your body shop, however, seems to have difficulty identifying a damage sticker on the dash, approval from my insurance company, and damage from a rear end incident. I now have my vehicle booked with another insurance approved shop.
I was supposed to meet with Dan in sales tomorrow to discuss a truck purchase. However, in light of the countless issues with Mark in the body shop, I have purchased a GMC Sierra. After 25 years of purchasing 6 new vehicles from you, and your sister dealership in Crowfoot, and Deerfoot Crossing, this is my very first vehicle that is not a Dodge, and not from your dealership. Be well.
