Rude

We had our key fobs fixed. There was some miscommunication with who had our other key fob there within the staff, Adam Tubman from service was rude, he acted like it wasn’t his problem, seemed like he didn’t care and made us feel like we were unwanted customers. I’m not sure if it was just a bad day for him or if it was because we are people of colour.
