I understand that things go wrong but after 24 hours and a promised delivery time have my car ready.
Took my car in for repalcement shocks (warranty) . When the shocks were removed a bolt was broken so they had to overnight a replacement. That's ok, I understand things go wrong. I got a phone call the next day saying my car would be ready at 2 pm at the latest. I was kindly picked up by the shuttle and arrived at the stated time. I had to wait another 35 minutes for my car. This may not sound like much and normally it wouldn't be a problem but after being without my car an extra day I had made plans and did not appreciate the extra time. This compounded with the having to redo the front end alignment form my last visit just got me a bit upset. I will go back again and hope for a little better treatment.
