Unwanted checks
Service technicians did a bunch of tests (pushed in my lights switch that had been sticking)... Didn't unstuck it, picked up my car and the battery was dead, and I had to order a new switch as it wouldn't come unstuck. Talked to the service manager and let him know. He understood my frustration.
