Knowledgeable, courteous, great at explanations, always smiling and friendly
I find that Peter B., customer service rep is one of the best in the industry. The staff (all of them) are always friendly and smiling at everyone. I find that they explain everything that is being done is in simple language that can be understood by all of my family.
