Excellent attention to ensuring everything was listed & corrected with one easy visit.
I'm treated like a valued friend as opposed to just another customer; they work with me to make the service experience a positive one right from trying to set-up a convenient time, rental for the day as well as trying to understand my needs so they are in a better position to correct the concern in a single visit when-ever possible.
