Wait time was excessive for an oil/filter change
I booked an appointment and still had to wait 2hrs for an oil/filter change. The check sheet showed that tire pressures had been checked which I am aware we're not as I had to change the pressures when I arrived home. Surely a 2 hr wait is excessive when the technicians time allocated on the service sheet is nowhere the 2 hours taken for the service. On a positive note your service advisors are perfect.
