Maintenance was completed promptly and courteously. They kept me in the loop the full way through.
The service technician kept me up-to-date on the progress they were making with identifying the source of a knocking sound I had with the steering in my car. Once identified, he promptly updated me on the nature of the problem, as well as providing quotations on the total cost of each of the issues at hand. Would bring my car back for future service requirements.
