worst customer service
I came in May 19th after having a flat tire. Even though I have a coast to coast service I was told I had to pay for the service because they couldn't find my service agreement number in my file. Which was false because I had the same thing happen May 8th and they directly claimed the service to coast to coast. I had to pay for the service and was told the service manager would call me back on the Tuesday to ask for my agreement number to send the claim to coast to coast and that I would be reimburse within the week. NOBODY CALLED ME BACK. I've been leaving messages and spoke three times to the service department regarding this issue and was told everytime that the service manager would call me back. NO CALL BACK! I then called coast to coast to be told that the claim was never sent to them and that they didn't underdtand how my agreement was not in my file since the dealership had already filed a claim for me the week prior. It's now May 31st and I'm still waiting on a call back from service manager, and my money! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
