Service tried to scam me
There was a recall on the callipers which were seizing and not fully releasing. I replaced my brakes because of it, twice, and service informed me that they were placed incorrectly (inboard pad put on the outboard and vice versa). They then stated that because they were installed incorrectly, causing the rotors to score, that they would not fulfill the recall on fixing the callipers unless I got my brakes and rotors replaced by them too, which I ended up finding out from other mechanics who work for dealerships, is COMPLETELY ILLEGAL to do to a customer. I am absolutely disgusted that someone would try and take advantage of someone who doesn't know much about mechanics and the legalities behind it. Had I not have known other people who work in the service department in dealerships, I would have been completely ripped off and would have had to fork over a grand of expenses. NEVER bringing my car back to your service AGAIN.

Anika, I have spoken with our Service Manager, Bill Germon, and he has informed me that he has been in touch to attempt to explain this situation. We are sorry that you were not satisfied with the resolution that we came to but we would never request an illegal service of a customer. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.
