Shara was our service advisor. She was fair and polite to deal with. We live in Saskatoon and our car was in Moose Jaw, so there was the added stress of not being able to see the car or advisor in person. All of our conversations were professional and efficient. Shara was easy to get ahold of during the business hours, and when she wasn't, she ACTUALLY CALLED BACK!
