Was told we would have a blue SUV, it’s black. Got told we would receive one type of winter tires thrown in, but we ended up getting a different kind. Was also told we would get unlimited oil changes thrown into our package, but then when we signed for financing were told it was only if we bought the extended warranty (which wasn’t at all discussed before) Ended up costing an extra $22/biweekly! Next time we will learn to walk away when promises are broken!
