We were misled on the conditions of the deal and avoided and ignored since in trying to rectify the mistake.

Conditions of the deal included a year’s worth of Sirius XM in our ‘18 Cherokee. Along with chips in the paint that caused us to return the vehicle after we picked it up, we noticed the Sirius was not installed in the vehicle. We had to bring it back again. Bear in mind we live 45 minutes away. We were then informed by the desk clerk that he himself realized the vehicle wasn’t set up to accommodate Sirius. My wife spoke to the Sales Manager, Mo, about the issue. He obviously feigned concern and said he’d “reach out” to us the next day. That was about a month ago. No call as of yet. I’ve tried to “reach out” to him numerous times, leaving voice mails, etc, but can’t seem to get ahold of him. We’ve bought from this dealership before and I convinced my wife to come back despite her reluctance based on poor service in the past. My logic in returning was based on the fact we’d bought there before so maybe they’d treat us right since we were returning customers. I was very wrong. I apologized to my wife many times for my optimism regarding this dealership and will not return there based on this experience. Thank you
