I had to wait 2 hrs only ,to find out that you had ordered the wrong tires. You loaned me a car that was not very nice to drive.I returned that evening ,and I was charged $60 labour to install the tires.As compensation for this huge inconvenience for me and my husband, I feel that this fee should have been waived. I reluctantly still paid this fee, which I feel was inappropriate.
