Excellent Service at Georgian

My husband did his research and knew he wanted a Traverse before he went into the Jim Wilson dealership in Orillia. Unfortunately, the sales rep there was very off putting, stating that Orillia didn't have a Traverse on the lot, and giving the impression they didn't want to do business with him, barely giving Tony any product details. Tony, my husband, asked to be called as soon as one came in, we waited a month and no one called. (We still have their card.) So Tony drove to Georgian in Barrie and Mr. Ryan Tuck, a sales rep there, approached him and after answering a few questions had Tony sold. We had to wait a couple of weeks to make the trip over to Barrie together, to finally buy our vehicle, and by the time I called Mr. Tuck, they didn't have a Traverse on the lot. Fortunately for us, they managed to find the last one available in our colour in Quebec and made arrangements to bring it in for us. The people at Georgian gave us first class treatment all the way. Orillia is a half hour away from our home, and Barrie is an hour, so it was a drag to have to drive so far to get service, but the people were so nice it was worth it. The treatment you receive the minute you walk through the door is a night and day comparison. In two years time, it will be my turn to get a new vehicle and chances are high that I'll be making the drive to Georgian again. I might stop by in Orillia first, just to see if things have changed.
