Excellent service at Intact Insurance office in Etobicoke

Was greeted immediately upon arrival and dealt with promptly. Polite and knowledgeable staff members reviewed paperwork with me and I was then escorted to the rear of the building where a staffer reviewed damage to my car and set me up with a rental car. Very efficient operation in a clean and modern office setting. Although I was dealing with both Intact and Discount, the process was seamless. An excellent set up.
