This was my first visit to Haldimand Motors but I have known about it for many years. There was no pressure from sales reps. They were happy to tell me about the vehicles I was interested in, handed me the keys, and left me alone to do a test drive. When I took an extra day to "think about it", again, there was no pressure. Just smiles and friendly "We'll be here when you're ready." Very refreshing. Writing up the sales agreement was another friendly, low-key experience. The vehicle needed very little to get it ready for me and I got a call within 24 hours that it was ready for me.
